MS-3800-06 is our solvent-based high-temperature resistant fluorine non-stick coating. This series is made of special polymer combined with polytetrafluoroethylene resin and high-performance pigments and fillers. It has been tested by SGS-CSTC. The technical indicators comply with ROHS.FDA.LFGB and other related standards, so it can safely contact with food.

1.Product Description：MS-3800-06 is our solvent-based high-temperature resistant fluorine non-stick coating. This series is made of special polymer combined with polytetrafluoroethylene resin and high-performance pigments and fillers. It has been tested by SGS-CSTC. The technical indicators meet the relevant standards of ROHS.FDA.LFGBetc., so it can be in contact with food safely.

5.Application process：
Applicable material: aluminum, iron, stainless steel
Pre-treatment sandblasting or phosphating

6.Storage conditions：
1.Store away from fire, the storage temperature is 18-25℃
2.The storage period is 6 months.
3.During storage, it should be stirred once every half a month to avoid precipitation or deterioration.

7.Precautions：
1.This product is a solvent-suspended liquid, which has stratification or slight precipitation during storage. It needs to be stirred before use to avoid affecting performance.
2.This product is hygroscopic. It should be baked as soon as possible after coating to avoid defects due to moisture absorption; the material can also be heated to 50-70°C before coating.
3.This product deteriorates when exposed to water, please pay attention to use and seal.
4.Storage period 6 months
5.During storage, it should be stirred once every half a month to avoid precipitation or deterioration.
