MS-5800 is our water-based double-layer fluorine non-stick coating. The system adopts Oujuzhou Technology's non-stick coating process formula technology and is developed by special high molecular polymers and high-performance green pigments and fillers. After SGS-CSTC testing, the technical indicators meet ROHS.FDA.LFGB and other relevant standards, so it can safely contact with food.

1.Product Description：MS-5800 is our water-based double-layer fluorine non-stick coating. The system adopts Oujuzhou Technology's non-stick coating process formula technology and is developed by special high molecular polymers and high-performance green pigments and fillers. After SGS-CSTC testing, the technical indicators meet the relevant standards of ROHS.FDA.LFGBetc., so it can safely contact with food.

2.Applications：Barbecue dish. Soup pot. Frying pan. Rice cooker liner. Bread machine and related industrial use.

5.Application process：
Applicable material: aluminum, iron, stainless steel
Pre-treatment Degreasing. Sandblasting
Baking temperature B/C*120~150℃，T/C*380~400℃
Baking time 5-8min， 10-15min
Dry film thickness 10-12um/10-12um
Thinner It is recommended to paint directly, and it can be diluted with an appropriate amount of deionized water
Packing specification 20kgBarreled

6.Storage conditions：
1.Store away from fire, the storage temperature is 18-25℃
2.The storage period is 6 months.
3.During storage, it should be stirred once every half a month to avoid precipitation or deterioration.
4 Do not stir vigorously to avoid the paint breaking and necrosis
5.Before use, it should be filtered with a 150-200 mesh filter
